Kent primary school heads and governors tell us that many of our local schools now face a funding crisis. The Government's new national funding formula means that they will lose teachers.

Kent County Council must find the money to fund our schools properly. Imposing austerity on the youngest and most vulnerable is, in our view, and we hope yours, unacceptable.

The next generation needs the best education for all, to give everyone the skills they need to be more productive.

Cutting education funding makes that harder to do.

A vote for Liberal Democrats is a vote for proper funding of our schools.
